Structure
The Sustainability Subcommittee under the Board of Directors develops strategies, goals and programmes aligned with the company’s long-term direction.
The Sustainability Executive Committee, consisting of the Executive Board and relevant department heads, is responsible for implementation, monitoring, progress evaluation and periodic reporting to the CEO and the Leadership Team.
Compliance
