VFC and CLRRI co-organize a demonstration event on new rice varieties and VFC’s “Integration Field” solutions for the Mekong Delta

On 20 February, at the Cuu Long Delta Rice Research Institute (CLRRI), the demonstration event on new rice varieties and VFC’s “Integration Field” solutions for the Mekong Delta, co-organized by VFC and CLRRI, took place successfully with the participation of more than 450 delegates.

At the seminar, CLRRI presented newly researched and successfully developed rice varieties that offer outstanding advantages in terms of high yield and grain quality.

Within the framework of the event, VFC also transferred cultivation protocols for the new rice varieties under its “Integration Field” model, which had been jointly tested by the two organizations. The cultivation model for these new rice varieties, based on VFC’s “Integration Field” protocol and the key principles of “Efficiency – Safety – Responsibility”, aims to increase yield, improve quality, enhance tolerance to adverse conditions, adapt to new cropping systems and protect the environment.
